Meet Brooke

Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.

I specialize in helping couples and individuals find clarity, connection, and meaningful change. I’m certified in Restoration Therapy and integrate tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This means our work blends practical strategies with deep and intentional exploration of the patterns that shape your life and relationships.

We shape the process around what you need most. I help people break free from cycles that cause disconnection and build new ways of relating with clarity and intention. My style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in respect for your unique story. I strive to build strong connections with my clients to facilitate growth, lasting change, and empowerment.

Outside of my work, I am drawn to nature. I am often hiking with my dog Lewis, swimming in a blue-green river, or camping under the open sky. I enjoy exploring new places, reading to better understand the world, and staying curious and playful with creative activities. These same qualities shape how I approach my work with clients.
